All of our classes are fully coached from start to finish and can be tailored to any ability level. Whether you are a total newbie or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, we’ll give you a great workout everytime you come to class!

But what is CrossFit?
To be nerdy, it is constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. What that means in English is that we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day. Follow this track alone and you will get fitter, stronger & healthier.
You’ll find these classes every day throughout the week and are accessible with prior CrossFit experience or once completed our fundamental course.
60 minute class with high intensity, low impact, a great sweat and lots of fun! That’s what our Sweat Club workout is all about.
Build your engine and develop your functional fitness skills in this class, accessible to all ability levels.
During Open Gym hours you are able to train whatever you feel like. Maybe you want to train at an easy pace to work on some specific muscle groups? We offer Functional Bodybuilding, which allows you to train every muscle group in just one hour.
These hours can also be spent to work on your weaknesses with the help of the coach, or maybe you just want to smash that awesome WOD you’ve seen on Instagram!
We have Open Gym spots available during regular classes and also separately during the afternoon and weekend.
